FAQ's

We take all unwanted clothes, shoes, handbags, belts and ties in any condition! **You can always use any type of bag, just let us know so we can alert the driver of your address. We will be sure to leave you with one of our bags for the future.

We don't take: hangers, pillows, stuffed animals, curtains, linens, blankets, small comforters or fabric pieces.  

Nearly 100% of donated textiles are recycled!

From CTR the bags are sent to a recycling facility where each item is sorted and inspected then redistributed as needed.

- 45% is usable clothing mostly sold to secondhand stores to provide affordable clothing.

- 30% are stained or ripped clothes and they get a second life as a rag or wiping cloth. 

- 20% is recycled into fiber where it is used as home insulation, carpet padding, packaging items, etc. Some textiles are even pulled apart and the thread is used to make new clothes.

We always like to think that we will catch every bag out there, but if there is a missed bag (for whatever reason), please email or call us and we will send someone out for it..  

If a holiday falls on your scheduled pick up day, we can schedule you for the following week.
